4

The Hubs and I just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary.
He had to work.
I had so much that I needed to take care of.
We didn't even celebrate.
Sadly I think he even forgot til I said something.
But we decided to celebrate last night.
We had crab legs, lobster and steak.
It was delicious.
We had dinner with the kids.
Well other than Bear (he was sleeping).
I purchased little champagne glasses at the $ store for Valentine's.
We didn't celebrate that day this year either.
We have just been so busy.
Well I decided to use the glasses for our dinner.
The kids loved them!
Bugs was so funny.
He asked us, "you know what you do with these cups?".
I said, "what?".
He said, "this."
He grab our cups and toasted them.
Haha!
He is seriously a crack up.
Bugs and Be-bop toasted eachother the rest of dinner.
They wanted all of us to do it together a few times.
It was a good time.

I love how Bugs says certain words.
I wish I would have written all the words down.
Especially because he is now growing up.
He says very few words the wrong way still.
One that he used to say that I will never forget is...
He would call pumpkins monkeys.
It was so cute!
He was maybe but 2 or 3 when he did that.
Well I have a friend named Gabrielle.
Bugs just can't get her name right.
He calls her Aberigelle.
He cracks me up every time.
He seriously makes me smile.

Fishing!

Bugs stayed with my 2nd oldest brother this weekend.
He was able to have a sleepover with my nephew.
Which is one of his best buddies.
His first friend. :)
They went fishing on Friday night.
Hunter caught a fish!

He was so excited!!
He called his daddy (the hubs) and told him he would catch him a fish the next day.
Haha! He seriously is the sweetest.
He said it was a big - little fish.
My brother and his wife gutted it and fed it to him.
He said it was good.
The next day they went to the pond to go fishing.
It was too cold to enjoy themselves.
They ended up taking a walk around the pond instead.
He was bummed he didn't catch another fish for his daddy.
But I am sure we will have ample of opportunities this summer.

He was a good one.

My cousin Brian passed away on Monday.
He wasn't someone I called to talk.
I saw him maybe a handful of times or two each year.
He mostly was with my oldest brother.
But he was so friendly and he had such a big heart.
I am so thankful for the knowledge that he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
My heart is heavy.
My heart is sad.
But I am thankful for the plan of salvation.
Til we meet again, my cousin.

The Intro!

So here is our family blog. The hubs and I. Our 3 beautiful children (Bugs, Be-bop and Bear). We have lots of fun and lots of trouble in our house of small children but we love our life. We are always up to something and have some great ideas for this year. I have many things that I want to get done and many habits that I want to lose and replace with new ones. I will have a long two years ahead of me with some big changes coming our way so we must find things to preoccupy me in order for me to stay sane. So here we go with "What WE did today!".
